Common questions
- How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Topline → Cancel.
- How do I delete my data? In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes every score from our database and wipes photos from your device, immediately.
- Where are my photos stored? Only on your device. They are sent for analysis in real time and never stored on our servers.
- Why can I only scan once a month for free? Hair changes over months, not days. A monthly cadence keeps every score comparable — it's what makes the number mean something.
